Commercial Engagement & Integration

Through our Commercial Engagement and Integration (CE&I) initiative, we connect organizations with leading commercial solution providers. By collaborating with startups, innovative small businesses, technology incubators, accelerators, and investors, we have built a broad ecosystem focused on identifying and integrating high-impact, dual-use commercial technologies. Our team actively evaluates market-ready solutions that address critical capability and performance gaps across complex organizations.

The CE&I team also supports selected companies and technologies by hosting curated events such as our Technology Showcase, where vendors present their solutions to senior decision-makers and industry experts. Participants receive structured feedback from subject-matter specialists, with top finalists invited to present live. Selected companies become part of the CE&I portfolio and gain access to ongoing advisory support, strategic guidance, funding pathways, and assistance in scaling and deploying their solutions in real-world environments.

Education

We’ve developed a range of immersive, high-impact learning programs delivered in small, seminar-style settings to ensure an optimal participant-to-facilitator ratio. These programs are designed to support individuals stepping into new leadership roles—from first-time managers to senior executives—by building the skills, confidence, and practical insight needed to succeed. Each course also emphasizes emotional intelligence and fosters a coaching-oriented, growth-focused mindset across organizations.

For example, the Frontline Leadership Course (FLC) serves as a cornerstone leadership development program, forming the foundation for a broader portfolio of advanced learning formats, including the Intermediate-Level Course (ILC). These programs are designed and delivered by May Rombl’s experienced faculty and staff, who bring deep practical expertise and a facilitation approach that often feels markedly different from participants’ prior training experiences. To date, more than 32 cohorts across the FLC and ILC programs have been completed, engaging over 1,000 emerging and established leaders across diverse professional backgrounds.

The courses are primarily delivered in a virtual format, enabling participants to connect with facilitators, peers, and course materials from anywhere, while significantly reducing travel-related costs. This approach also increases cohort diversity, allowing participants to join regardless of location or scheduling constraints. When appropriate, programs are also offered in person at designated locations to support deeper collaboration and hands-on engagement.

In addition to these integrated leadership programs, May Rombl offers access to a versatile faculty certified across a wide range of leadership development, coaching, and assessment disciplines—available both online and in person. Across all offerings, May Rombl consistently exceeds performance and quality benchmarks, earning strong, positive feedback from program participants.
